Lost Property
We aim to clean our coaches at least once daily, so if you think you may have left something behind, then please get in touch, but if possible wait until our office opening hours as the on call manager is generally off-site out of hours.
To speed the process up, please have ready:
- Date of Travel
- Party Name/Group Travelling
- Location of item (i.e. what seat number, overhead racks, side lockers)
- Description of the item.
Items can be collected from our head office during opening hours, upon receipt of proof of identification. Please note that perishable good will be disposed of immediately and all others are disposed of at 3 months. We also reserve the right to make an administrative charge on return of items.
Payments
Any payment by credit card will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge, there will be no surcharge for debit cards.

Account Customers: strictly 30 days payment terms.
Private Hire and Excursions:
- All major credit and debit cards accepted in person/telephone
- Cheque – made payable to Lakeside Coaches Limited
- Cash
(all excursions must be paid for 14 days prior to departure)
Unless customers and suppliers opt out all invoices, statements and remittances are delivered in a pdf via our ebilling service, please do not reply to these emails as they are for outgoing correspondence only, instead all payment queries can be raised at (Enable Javascript to see the email address)
