Despite having nearly 40 directly employed staff, not many of them arrive in the conventional fashion of responding to an advert in the back of the local evening paper. People are important to our operation, so we invest time in candidate selection. Some arrive via personal recommendation, some are head hunted, many experienced drivers write to us to ask for an opportunity to work with us based upon our reputation. As being a past employee of ours opens the door to any coach company.
All employees go through an interview and vetting process as well as a driving assessment.

Staying the BestExperience is great, but it is nothing without continuing professional development. That is why we have our own training facilities, so that we can dictate our own curriculum alongside the driver CPC syllabus. We offer training to our drivers, during protected “off road time” on: |

- Drivers Hours Compliance
- Tachograph Training
- Public Speaking and Presentation Skills
Our non-driving staff also attend courses and we build in CPD time to update on their own learing portfolio and to complete their NVQs in management with their visiting tutors.
