My wife and I have just had a lovely short break at Dungarvan Eire, organised by GB Tours, from 2nd April to 6th April. We were on coach 1 and from the time we were met by your driver Chris Dawson, we were made to feel welcome. His driving made me feel relaxed (I am normally a nervous passenger) and he kept us well-informed of estimated times and stops on the way to Eire. While we were there, he made us feel that he wanted the best for us, was well-informed about local knowledge and generally did his best to make sure that the whole trip was run professionally and as smoothly as possible. He was appreciated so well that at no time were people back to the coach later than the time he asked us to be there. What an ambassador for your company!
Also Alan the driver on coach 2 was very helpful and we would like you to know that we would have no hesitation in recommending your firm to other people.
We also hope that we will be able to take other trips with yourselves in the near future.

I have been using Lakeside Coaches virtually since I started Gardeners’ Delight Escorted Trips in 2006. The help that I have received from the office team has been invaluable. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them.
The same can certainly be said for the drivers. Whenever possible, our regular driver is Andy, and there is always so much praise for him after every trip. ‘Giving 110%’, ‘Going the extra mile’, are just two of the phrases that occur on a regular basis. On the occasions that we have had other drivers, they too have always been very professional, helpful and courteous.
